We understand that everybody needs a bit of re-assurance at the moment and even if all social restrictions are lifted people there are many of us who will still be cautious about relaxing some of the rules.
Camping provides one of the most Covid-safe holidays. To this end and to make people feel more relaxed we will keep hand sanitiser in the compost loos for use before and after use. All visitors are advised to keep 2 metres apart from other guests that are not in your booking party.
Our Covid-19 policy follows guidelines such that we will take a 50% deposit at booking and then the remaining balance needs to settled 30 days before your visit.
If lockdowns are re-introduced at any time nationally or locally bookings can be moved to a time that is convenient with the Client. If no such time can be found then a full refund will be given.
To enable us to adhere to track and trace we need to confirm your contact details before you arrive.
Guests that have shown symptoms of Coronovirus in the 14 days prior to their arrival are kindly asked to stay at home and re-schedule their booking
Cancellation in the Event of Covid-19 Infection. What happens if you have to cancel your booking for any of the following reasons:
You or a member of your party have a positive Covid-19 test
You or a member of your party have to self-isolate due to contact with a Covid-19 sufferer
You or a member of your party develop Covid-19 symptoms and are awaiting test results
Your area is put into a localised lockdown – that means you will be breaking the law if you travel.
If any of the above apply we will do our best to offer you alternative dates. If that is not possible then the ‘Cancellation By you’ clause will apply.
