Sign up for our weekend full of new experiences and new people, a retreat for mind, soul and body. Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend and with a renewed connection to nature and yourself
Previous experience not necessary
Age range 18-80!
Arrive on Friday pm/eve anytime after 2pm.
We can direct you to one of 3 pubs to eat or get your camp fire stoked and cook up a storm.
Breakfast boxes full of local goodies such as coffee, tea, bread, jams, porridge, fresh apple juice, milk (bacon and eggs for non-vegans)
9am - 1 hr outdoor yoga class (please bring own mat)
Make your way along the scenic canal tow path (approx 40 min walk) to Llanymynech Rock climbing area via the Montgomery canal tow path
Choose from various goodies all courtesy of local deli, Gillhams of Oswestry to make up your lunch box which will be available from 12pm at the climbing site.
1pm - Time to rock! Enjoy 4 hrs of exciting and progressive rock climbing and abseiling
5pm- End climbing experience, walk back to wild conTENTment
Eve- Gather round the camp fire and to coincide with Ethiopian New Year we will be treated to an Ethiopian vegan meal provided by Ethio Kitchen (non-vegan option also available).
Sun Morning- Coffee, tea, apple juice and pastries delivered to site followed by 1 hr yoga session. Hang around and explore the area further or head off feeling restored and recharged. Your latest departure time from the site will be 4pm.
Grass tent pitch for two £115 per person
Bell-tent(sleeps 2) complete with mattresses,
duvets, bed-linen £180 per person
Bathrooms on site come in the form of 3 communal Beryl bathrooms. There are a further two compost loos on-site

What you need to bring
Warm and active outdoor clothing. Gym type clothing is ideal. Trainers are ideal footwear or walking shos/boots. Crocs and sandals are not ideal.
Snacks and drinks, preferably a re-fillable water bootle
Camping equipment for those camping
Cooking equipment if using anything other than camp-fires.

In the result of inclement weather yoga will be conducted in an outdoor building at the farm. Rock-climbing will still go ahead at an excellent indoor facility in Shrewsbury.
A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Balance will be taken 8 weeks before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable
