In a quiet meadow at the far end of the dairy farm, wild conTENTment offers 8 large pitches for an off-grid eco-friendly campsite in Shropshire. A nearly-wild camping experience that is perfect for getting closer to nature, making memories whilst enjoying outdoor adventures, big or small. Group bookings accepted for an exclusive use campsite (with a 10pm curfew for noise), the perfect place for a well needed catch up. We are dog-friendly, motorhome, roof tent, caravan and campervan friendly! Shop and pubs within walking distance. Near to Oswestry and Shrewsbury
Proud to be certified by The Greener Camping Club. This fantastic club enable us to run our little quiet green campsite in a sustainable and eco friendly way. When you stay at wildconTENTment you will need one Greener Camping Membership for your group (currently £12 per calander year).

As campers we understand there is a lot of equipment to buy for a camping weekend, never mind fit it all in the car. If your want to "try before you buy" or just want the luxury of a proper orthopaedic mattress why not go for our Glamping Option.
We have two 5m bell tents which can be hired (2 night minimum, 3 nights on Bank holidays) with or without bedding. Prices start at £50

BERYL
Meet Beryl!
Our utterly unique, utterly quirky outdoor bathrooms.
Each one began life as an old Rice horse trailer and they have been lovingly transformed into luxurious en-suite bathrooms right next to your pitch.
Each Beryl comes with hot water, copper roll top bath, indoor shower, hand basin, outdoor sink, flushing toilet, towels, toilet roll and a few little extras.
A word of warning, there are only three Beryls to hire and they go quick.
Once you have tried camping with a Beryl you may never go back!
Prices for Beryl pitches start at £60 per night
A small single shower unit is available for those not hiring Beryl

THINGS TO DO
We are very glad to be a campsite with rock-climbing nearby. The magnificent and majestic Llanymynech Rocks are just a short walk away and offer a fantastic rock-climbing experience for all ages. For beginners and intermediate climbers in groups up to 10 people we have Matt from GO Vertical, an instructor with over 20 yrs experience. 1/2 day £50 per person. To book follow this link. You may just want to come and chill out in the wonderful green space, unwind, detox, get closer to nature, ride a bike, kick a football, play in the stream or just wind away the hours swinging on the tree swing.
Explore the local area by foot and visit the Llanymynech Heritage area, hire kayaks or bring paddleboards to venture on the still waters of the scenic Montgomery canal, wander down the tow paths, take a walk, or even horse ride on Llynclys common nature reserve
